The CSS3 generated content module [1] hasn't been updated in what appears to be nearly 10 years. It contains a much more sophisticated version of generated content that as far as I can tell no one ever implemented [2]. Should anyone be trying to implement this stuff? Should it be considered abandoned? If not can get a get a big red banner saying that the spec is dead?
