I think this section is incorrect when you factor in generated content. For an auto:width, you want only the content that comes from the flow to resolve to a width of 0. The generated content should still be considered normally.

The same goes for auto height. "Children" can't just be the remaining content of the flow, since there is also generated content to consider.
