[css3-values] <angle> issues

In css3-values 6.7 [1], we are told:

# Angle values (denoted by <angle> in the text) are used with aural cascading style sheets.

For aural style sheets? I am suspecting a copy/paste from the <frequency> section.

Then we have:

# Angle values should be normalized to the range 0-360deg by the user agent.

When does that happen ?
