Do @-rules that link data with names, like @keyframes, only provide the mapping to the sheet they appear in, plus any imported or importing sheets? Or is the mapping global for the document? I ask because Hixie assumed that it was the former when he was specifying <style scoped>, and he'll have to add language local-ifying things if the latter is instead true. (I'm pretty sure it's document-global.) ~TJ
