Bert and I are marking the following issues closed, no change. Our
conclusions were posted to the CSSWG list in mid-March, and there
were no objections there.
Are UAs required to support a minimum set of image formats?
http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/Tracker/issues/6
No, CSS is format-agnostic.
Should there be values such as 'repeat-down' to tile a background
over only part of an element?
http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/Tracker/issues/7
Couldn't think of any use cases.
Splitting 'background-position' into -x and -y
http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/Tracker/issues/9
Not convinced that this is sufficiently useful to add.
Position and tile an image only in a certain area of the element
http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/Tracker/issues/12
Getting a bit too complex for CSS3, no strong use cases.
