This is not merely to reduce re-flows, that was a catch phrase for people
who hate re-flows, Image-display status checking will increase
accessibility and that's what I am actually concerned about, as this gives
a new rule for UA's to obey when the user turned of images, and can't read
the alt-tag because of a narrow embedded image height.
