Its also still in SVG 1.0 and in that form is implemented by Batik, Adobe, Corel and the mobile subsets of it are implemented by Bitflash, CSIRO, Intesis, KDDI, Zoomon and perhaps others (we are in the middle of retesting based on a larger test suite).
