That page just set me thinking. Consider a page "http://example.com/foo.html" containing two URI's, "http://example.com/foo.html" and "http://example.com/foo.html#bar". If both trigger A:local that would be exactly what I meant. That raises the question whether the specification should state that the pseudo-class should triggered by both or only the latter? Or should the specification leave that question to the programmers of the user agent?
