What I would like to see in the CSS 3 draft is an extra pseudo-class for anchors. Namely current. Just as the pseudo-class A:visited allows developers to define different style for visited links, A:current would allow developers to define a style for links that point to the current url. Currently we have to circumvent this with either serverside or clientside coding. I don't know if someone else already suggested this. If noone did, here it is.
