Hello, I noticed yesterday that the W3C CSS validator no longer issues a warning when just color or background-color is declared in a rule. It used to warn about the absence of color or background-color when one was declared and the other was not. Does anyone know if this has been "officially" changed? Thanks, Scott Montgomery
