If a table is given a width, should the total width contain the borders as
well? Right now I'm finding that coding a page in XHTML 1.0 Transitional,
Mozilla, Safari and IE/Win seem to take into account the borders, while
Konqueror and IE/Mac do not. Is the width of a table calculated differently
to the width calculation of other boxes, in the spec?
