Select box drop down width

I have a select box that I have hard coded the width of to 83px.  What I'm
wanting to do, but can't seem to find is set the size of the dropdown from
the select box to 200px, or just let it autosize to the longest item.
Anyone know a way of doing this?  All of the clients hitting this page are
IE 5.5 or higher.
