Another thing I noticed:

'It must support one or more of the CSS2 media types.' (in CSS2, and 
restated in the new mobile profile). 

This should be 

'It must support the 'all' media type, plus one or more others.'

Similarly for the handheld WD:

'A CSS Mobile Profile conforming user agent (MP-UA) MUST support the 
handheld and all CSS2 media types. [insert:] It MAY support others.' 

[Since 'all' is defined as a media type.]
