Hate to answer my own post, but the passing question I put forth in my
last note bugged me so much that before slipping into my nice snug warm
bed, I had to look this up.  SGML published 1986, correct?  DSSSL
published 1991, correct?  By this, full ISO standard publication, and not
initial publication of draft docs.
