Hello, my name is Tim Boland of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in Gaithersburg, Maryland. I believe that conformance and interoperability are important issues for CSS. I have developed about 500 draft test cases for CSS1, and about 200 for the additional functionality of CSS2 not covered by CSS1. These are in need of some technical review. It would be greatly appreciated if interested persons could review any of these cases and submit comments to me directly at frederick.boland@nist.gov, or to the on-line form given in the URL below). DISCLAIMER: Some of these test cases need some work, and the screenshots are not yet present. The URL is http://sdct-sunsrv1.ncsl.nist.gov/~boland/css. One can get to the CSS2 tests through this URL also. Thank you very much. Have a good day, Tim Boland, NIST frederick.boland@nist.gov PS I am particularly interested in input on what exactly should be tested. The goal is to have these tests actually used in development and evaluation purposes. PPS I previously distributed this announcement to the WG list. Thanks to those who sent comments; I have updated the tests to reflect comments received.
