I believe you should have a look at http://www.daml.org/tools/
Stay tuned at http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/BestPractices/ as  the
charter has "Focus: Repository of tools and demo applications"
which is http://www.w3.org/2003/12/swa/swbpd-charter#focus3
