The FAQ doesn't really specify how RDF for a named fragment in a document should look. I would assume that the appropriate technique would be to use something in the HEAD like: <rdf:rdf ..namespace declarations..> <rdf:Description rdf:about="" ... /> (for the whole doc) <rdf:Description rdf:about="#frag1" ... /> </rdf:rdf> Then have fragments wrapped in <a name="frag1">the fragment content</a>. Make sense?
