Further to my previous message, the editing process apparently introduced many small changes to the PR text. For a corrected version (produced using BBedit for safety), please see http://www.ihmc.us/users/phayes/RDF_Semantics_2004bb.html There is a small change to the text a few paragraphs below the anchor: http://www.ihmc.us/users/phayes/RDF_Semantics_2004bb.html#defDinterp which points out that by virtue of a D-interpretation being an rdfs interpretation, the datatype classes are required to be subsets of LV. Herman, if you are reading this, it is now too late to change the RDFS conditions and rules (see rdfs13).
