Note: Peter's protest is likely to have material impact on my vote. The logic being that HP is happy with the PR documents, and we should only be making very low risk changes at this point. Peter's opinion, even if wrong, is indicative of a higher risk than is acceptable. If this is a change of a size that is too big for an erratum then it is too big for this stage. I see it as lower risk to reach a consensus including all interested parties and have an erratum, if a change is needed. Jeremy
