I have several comments about the requirement that the lexical string of RDF literals be in Normal Form C. 1/ Why is this restriction still in RDF Concepts? The restriction that URI references be in Normal Form C was removed, why not this one? 2/ It appears to me that the result of parsing an RDF/XML document may not be a valid RDF graph, as literals may not be in Normal Form C. It this the case? 3/ It appears to me that RDF literals are not compatible with XML Schema strings, as XML Schema strings do not have to be normalized. Why is this the case? Peter F.
