Is this what was meant by the action item? Do you think it's sufficient? Who should I sent this to? Dear RDF Core WG, as per our issue #29 [1] resolution [2] we believe that RDF data can be transferred as payload in SOAP 1.2 messages (in headers or body) with no problems, for example by serializing it using RDF/XML syntax.
