[...Corrected...] While working on the DRAFT agenda, it was useful to compile these references about recent OpsGL issue-closure proposals that have been circulated. The compilation suggests a processing plan. The processing plan is this: in #b - #d, we will only discuss in telecon those sub-issues: 1.) whose proposed resolutions have gotten email comments; or, 2.) seemed substantive or problematic to me as I compiled the proposals. There have been (almost) no email comments. I have a couple of problematic and/or potentially substantive sub-issues identified in #b - #d. We will take a similar approach to #e. But it has a dependence on the resolution of #a (see proposal there), and the proposed resolutions of #e are not so well developed yet.
