HOTEL for Crete: please respond

Hello All

Please respond to me as soon as possible.  I need to know your date of 
arrival/departure and hotel preference (see below).

I am trying to coordinate the information for making hotel reservations in 
Crete.  Our local host has provided the following hotel information and is 
willing to book the hotel reservations.

           Astoria Hotel   Atlantis Hotel      Lato Hotel
Single    63.5 Euros       65 Euros            55 Euros
2-beds     82 Euros        95 Euros           71.5 Euros

All of these are breakfast inclusive. There is Internet access in all
of these hotels and in Lato in particular there is ISDN Internet
access. Astoria is in the centre of Iraklion, while Atlantis and
Lato are in a small walking distance. (500m and 200m respectively).

These prices are valid, provided reservations are made by the end of April.

The Lato Hotel has been designated the QA WG 'official' hotel, since it has 
the ISDN access and is closer (and yes, cheaper)

I realize that for some of us may not have travel approval yet.  So, if you 
can't or don't respond by April 21, then you will need to make your own in 
making hotel arrangements.
