Extra QAWG telecon Friday, 18-apr

QAWG participants --

Based on survey responses, we have a time slot with only a single 
conflict:  Friday, 18-apr, 11am EDT.

So we have Zakim (our normal) bridge then.

Don't forget that this is in addition to our normally scheduled Monday 
(14-apr) telecon at 11am EDT.
