F2F attendees -- I have thought some more about when to do the TS example demos. I propose: two demos right after lunch on Day 1, and before the other Test topics. These two demos should be: graphics, and DOM. It should be no problem keeping this under an hour. Rationale: IMO, one reason that we don't make much progress when discussing possible test projects is that we're dealing too much in abstractions, and there are divergent mental models of what the abstractions really mean in practice. DOM and graphics represent two extremes (very different animals) in a number of aspects, and in that sense they bracket the range of things we will have to deal with. This should be really valuable as we proceed to discuss goals and deliverables of a potential test task team. (This has the side benefit of giving something more entertaining right after lunch, which is often a difficult time to get restarted.) We can figure out later, when to look at the additional three TS examples (XSLT, HTTP, SOAP). Thoughts? -Lofton.
