I really oppose RAND Licensing. It will allow companies like Microsoft to make open software companies like apache and Linux to pay fees for using internet statndards. If this is allowed the free and open internet is lost and the open and free, part, which w3c would not be a part would have to create and internet on there no connection to the corporate wourld.
