W3C will need to change its name if such patent policy changes go through. Something like:W3CfBB. Which stands for World Wide Web Consortium for Big Business. Amagine if you would TCP/IP itself having been developed with several royalty collecting patents attached to it. This will not work, and should not be implemented. Thank you. Roy Barling
