Ranieri- You'd want to make sure that the P3P policy (compact, especially) is set for accepting both 1st party and 3rd party cookies. 1st party would be the cookie on domain1.com; domain2.com would also have to set a separate cookie under this guideline / policy. Let me know if that doesn't make sense...
