i've been trying to come up with better terms for the following, as described at http://w3c.github.io/charmod-norm/#terminology Shakespeare how about: natural language content (NLC) (see the suggestion below about making the term into a link, which makes it clearer that this sequence is a special term) Wildebeest this is used in the sense of 'resource', or perhaps better, since we're using markup-related terminology, 'entity', eg. "It can be difficult for users to assure that a given Wildebeest or set of Wildebeests uses a consistent textual representation because the differences are usually not visible when viewing Wildebeest as text" Namespace should we make the switch to 'vocabulary'? i suggest that all uses of these terms link back to the definitions with a termref link. (there aren't actually all that many uses, esp. for shakespeare). ri
