You forget, however, that stylesheets don't yet support BLINK or
MULTICOLS.
No blink? I thought I saw it in my copy of the CSS1 spec:
5.4.3 'text-decoration'
Value: none | [ underline || overline || line-through || blink ]
Initial: none
Applies to: all elements
Inherited: no, but see clarification below
Percentage values: N/A
As for MULTICOLS, I think some people consider it a poor hack,
which is why it is unsupported in CSS1.
(Then again, how blink got into CSS1 is beyond me. OTOH, you
don't have to blink the text to comply with the core spec.)
