Dear Sir, I'm writing to volunteer my services in regard to translation of the HTML 4.0 Specification into Icelandic. I am born Icelandic but currently living in England. I am fluent in both Icelandic and English, thoroughly familiar with HTML and have extensive commercial writing experience as a freelance journalist.
