MSWord synthetic italics in vertical text runs

>From right to left, using fonts: default (MS Mincho), Meiryo (has italic face!), Kozuka Mincho, HGS Heisei Mincho, Arial (fallback to MS Mincho).  The upright Latin glyphs are displayed using full-width codepoints so there is no true italic for these.
