synthesized italics for vertical text

(1) Synthesize by applying a horizontal shear in the glyph design coordinate system before layout
(2) Synthesize by applying a vertical shear to the line such that the top edge of each glyph slants down to the right
(3) Result when a font with real italics is specified (assuming the fallback font for Japanese has no italic face)
