color contrast issues with html5 author view

Hi Ben,
great job on the reformatting of the html5 author view,
just wondered when you are going to fix the contrast issues?

I emailed the public html list:

and didn't hear anything back, so pinged mike smith who gave me your email
address.

I provided suggested changes in my mail, but the main thing is that all text
colors and their background colors have a contrast ratio of 4.5:1
