Hi Jason, Several of your recent posts to the WG's mailing list [1] have confused me. You seem to be objecting to Hixie's editing process. AFAICT he's editing in exactly the manner he said he would [2], which was prior to the WG's vote on whether to adopt him (& Hyatt) as editor. We accepted him as editor with the knowledge of how he would do his job. Indeed, some may have voted for him precisely because of how he said he'd work. Speaking of that vote, I don't see your vote recorded there [3]. Perhaps you weren't a WG member at the time. It seems like there must be a better way of raising your process objection, other than re-raising what seems to me to be a settled matter, whenever Hixie edits something. 1. http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html/2007Aug/0507.html http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html/2007Aug/0500.html http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html/2007Aug/0460.html http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html/2007Aug/0454.html 2. http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html/2007May/0590.html 3. http://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/40318/htmlbg/results
