Noah marks issues closed (was: Re: Is issue 353 really all set in the text)

I have checked in a new edtodo.html with 337, 341, 343, & 361 marked closed and links to closing text.  Per Gudge's suggestion, 353 
remains open for the moment pending resolution of 302.  Thanks.

Yes, you are encouraged to do so. In practice, go to the issue 
entry in edtodo.html, and replace:
   <tr class='open'>

by:
   <tr class='closed'>
