I took a quick look at...

I noticed just two issues:

  -- it uses pythong's urlparse, which is buggy.
	the notation3.py in swap uses swap/uripath.py

  -- the name() routine looks odd; formulas are names?

Ugh... I'm using hyphens as name characters more and more;
they're not allowed?
