further on standards

for the amaya browser:
background: url(ivy.gif)  white } uses default color
background: white  url(ivy.gif) } uses default color
background: "white"  url(ivy.gif) } uses default color
background: #FFFFFF  url(ivy.gif) } uses default color
background: white } uses white  color
so if valid file present no other argument is set
EVEN IF THE OTHER ARGUMENT IS FIRST IN THE LIST
i would have expected one of:
a)every legal argument to be used
or
b)first legal argument to be used, all others not
but the concept of the file overriding everthing else 
surely wasn't the intended specification or if it was
should have been clearly stated as such......
have i found yet another amaya bug ???
