horizontal scrolling in Structure View window still broken

Hi,

in both the Solaris and the Windows 95 implementations of Amaya 1.3a
(binary release), the horizontal scrollbar in Structure View window 
doesn't allow the user to see all the text that is hidden beyond the 
right border of the window.
