We can talk in the PF group about it. We'll need information about the use cases for this. We don't use Bugzilla for public comment tracking or issue tracking, which are the main use cases I can think of. Members of the PFWG would need to be willing to take responsibility for monitoring Bugzilla and bringing issues up with the group if we were to set this up.
