Re: A presentational img?

The bug now asks for this text: [1]

]]
  img element whose alt attribute's value is empty
  and whose ARIA text alternative computation [1]
  equals an empty string
  [1] http://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria/complete#textalternativecomputation

 = presentation role    [[

NOTE: the table in HTML5 defines 'Strong native semantics and default
implied ARIA semantics', [2] hence it should not be necessary to state
the effect of role=presentation.
