No, its actually a dynamically generated output table from a web
application by one of our corporate clients which we were asked to
provide accessible markup for.
 the data has been changed so we could publish it.

he is not looking in the right place for this sort of data. as its
mainly in web apps that are not open to the public it is difficult to
gather. this does not undermine the legitmacy of the use case though.
