The HTML 5 working group will soon be discussing HTML 5 Design
Principles. [1] Principles will hopefully be the group's next or one
of its next publication(s).[2][3]

Guidance from WAI and the PFWG on the proposed HTML 5 Design
Principles would be appreciated with regard to accessibility impact.
