The content author modules are thought to be focus more on the writing part. We may have references to some of the tasks that are mentioned in the Digital Transformation Agency resource, but this would be a secondary audience based on previous discussions. Also, if we were to add the word "designers" here, we would create confusion given our existing "Designer Modules". > > --------------------------------- > > Module 3: Forms > > > > ---- > > Please review Module 3: Forms > > * Are all points covered - is anything missing? > > * Is there anything in there that should not be in there? > > * Do you think we adequately addressed Open issues for Author > > Module > > 3: Forms > > Please provide your comments in the below box or via: > > * GitHub Issue for Author Module 3: Forms > > * GitHub Pull Request for Author Module 3: Forms > > > > > Comments: > Looks good > > I know where to place labels is not a WCAG requirement, but might be worth including as does impact on some users, eg cognitive and low > vision (screen > magnifer) This is in the Designer Modules Form Design, under topic Labels and Instructions https://www.w3.org/WAI/curricula/designer-modules/forms-design/#topic-labels-and-instructions "design user experiences that consider position and appearance for labels and instructions" I think if we add a similar thing here, that will overlap with the existing Designer Modules. > > --------------------------------- > > Module 4: Images > > > > ---- > > Please review Module 4: Images > > * Are all points covered - is anything missing? > > * Is there anything in there that should not be in there? > > * Do you think we adequately addressed Open issues for module 4: > > Images > > Please provide your comments in the below box or via: > > * GitHub Issue for Author Module 4: Images > > * GitHub Pull Request for Author Module 4: Images > > > > > Comments: > Will 'decorative images' become a topic? We have just discussed this in the TF meeting. We think there is not enough content for having a specific topic on decorative images for the content authors, but we will include guidance for instructors to teach how to: - Determine when an image is informative/decorative based on whether the image info is described in the adjacent text - Understand the difference between "no alt text" and "empty alt text" > > These answers were last modified on 29 April 2022 at 04:45:52 U.T.C. > > by Andrew Arch > > > Answers to this questionnaire can be set and changed at https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35532/curricula-author-starfish/ until 2022-05- > 09. > > Regards, > > The Automatic WBS Mailer -- Daniel Montalvo Accessibility Education and Training Specialist W3C/WAI
