We think there is not enough content for having a specific topic on decorative images for the content authors, but we will include guidance for instructors to teach how to: - Determine when an image is informative/decorative based on whether the image info is described in the adjacent text - Understand the difference between "no alt text" and "empty alt text" and make the necessary annotations for other roles when empty alt text is required. -- Daniel Montalvo Accessibility Education and Training Specialist W3C/WAI
