Annex C of EN 301 549<https://www.etsi.org/deliver/etsi_en/301500_301599/301549/03.02.01_60/en_301549v030201p.pdf> provides some guidance on applicability to mobile and software (in general).    Unfortunately Guidance on Applying WCAG to Non-web ICT<https://www.w3.org/WAI/standards-guidelines/wcag/non-web-ict/#:~:text=Introduction-,Guidance%20on%20Applying%20WCAG%202.0%20to%20Non%2DWeb%20Information%20and,across%20a%20range%20of%20technologies.> has not yet been update for WCAG 2.1 – but that is something that is being considered for the future.

Hi,

I have a query or maybe it's my lack of knowledge.

I am evaluating a mobile application for WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.

I am required to create a VPAT report for the application and wanted to know how certain Success Creterias would apply.
For example 2.1.1, 2.1.2, 2.4.3, 2.4.7, etc.

I am confused whether to classify the Success Criteria as 'Supports' or 'Not Applicable'.

Any suggestions or information is appreciated.
It would also be great if anyone can share some references.
