Query on VPAT for Mobile Application

Hi,

I have a query or maybe it's my lack of knowledge.

I am evaluating a mobile application for WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.

I am required to create a VPAT report for the application and wanted to
know how certain Success Creterias would apply.
For example 2.1.1, 2.1.2, 2.4.3, 2.4.7, etc.

I am confused whether to classify the Success Criteria as 'Supports' or
'Not Applicable'.

Any suggestions or information is appreciated.
It would also be great if anyone can share some references.
