RE: Version 4.1 of SkipTo.js is available to implement Bypass Blocks requirement of WCAG

Thanks John for your endorsement.

The labels can be customized, so as we consider your proposal, you can configure it yourself using the ‘landmarkGroupLabel’ property:

Hi Jon,

This is AWESOME! Very cool, and well done.

If I might offer some personal feedback... while we accessibility and HTML geeks know what Landmarks are, might I suggest that in the tool itself that you label the top-level section as "Sections" or "Regions", in an effort to support a Plain Language goal? Not a complaint, just an observation, that perhaps many of the impacted target audience may not know specifically what a "Landmark" is in context.

Congrats again on a very cool .js library!

SkipTo.js Version 4.1 is designed to replace the traditional “Skip To Main” link on web pages with a menu of Landmark Regions and high level headings (h1-6) on a web page to provide keyboard navigation to the page content. SkipTo.js has been recently updated to use the latest ARIA best practices and is open source and free to use on your websites.
