Hi Jon,

This is AWESOME! Very cool, and well done.

If I might offer some personal feedback... while we accessibility and HTML
geeks know what Landmarks are, might I suggest that in the tool itself that
you label the top-level section as "Sections" or "Regions", in an effort to
support a Plain Language goal? Not a complaint, just an observation,
that perhaps many of the impacted target audience may not know
specifically what a "Landmark" is in context.
