Rating System For Deaf Users

Hi everyone.

What is the best rating system or scale for a deaf or mute user after
interacting with a service? Star scale? Number (1 to 5) scale? I have tried
to find some info but it is not so clear for this kind of user neither it
is fully accessible.

We are setting up a video call with an interpreter inside a chat to help
deaf and mute users and we want to measure the service after the call ends.
Today we use emojis after he/she closes the chat but we know that this kind
of scale could not be clear to deaf or mute users.
